Johnny Rullán & Co. is aware that having a well-trained staff is the key to the success of the pharmaceutical industry in Puerto Rico.

We have joined forces with Product Animations, a company specialized in preparing animated training for process and pharmaceutical packaging equipment.

Advantages of this learning system:

• Each technician and operator can have his own copy and learn step-by-step at his/her own pace.

• Training can be in English or Spanish.

• Training is interactive. After the program runs and teaches, you can practice assembling and disassembling the machine. If you make a mistake, you can try several times. Or you can just select that the machine teach you again.

• The graphics are of superior quality and the program may be modified in case new options are added to the machine at a later date.

• All personnel will receive exactly the same training.
