Bohle BCK Containment Valve:
The Bohle High Containment Valve BCK was specially developed for the purpose of product transfer and ingredient protection. It is a classic split butterfly valve with innovative features for reducing the dust load in the environment. Exact measures revealed a value below 0.13 micrograms per square meter.

Proditec Inspect Tab 100 Electronic Tablet Inspection Machine:
The Inspectab 100 can automatically sort an entire batch of 1 million tablets overnight and will run unmanned if fed automatically. Defects include: broken, chips, cracks, specks, picking, print or engraving imperfections amongst others.

Boekels Sartorius Synus Checkweigher:
With a variety of capacities and speeds, the Synus offers a truly unique and customized solution for inline checkweighing featuring: Adjustable height and bi-directional conveyors to suit your production line. Hygienic design, with easily removed components for thorough cleaning. Variety of screen types available, including full color 15" touch screen. Data transfer via network connection, data printer, or USB interface.

IPS AccuSureâ Laser Tablet Verification System for 100% tablet fill verification:
Product free falling though the tablet filler's funnels will pass through a laser beam immediately before entering the bottle. Each bottle will receive the products from an individual funnel and laser array. Each individual product will be counted. The count will be stored in a computer. In the event that an incorrect number of tablets/capsules have entered the container, that container will be tracked and rejected after leaving the filling area.

Multisorb APA 1000 Desiccant Inserter Machine:
Our innovative dispenser systems provide a fast, precise method of automatically inserting various types of sorbents - such as desiccants, odor absorbers, and oxygen scavengers - into your product packaging.
